A Phase II Open-Label, Multicenter Extension Study to Assess the Long-Term Safety and Efficacy of Vamorolone in Boys With Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD).

What is the trial about?

The purpose of this study is to find out if the study drug will improve muscle functions and have fewer side effects when compared to other treatments for DMD.

Who can participate?

4–6 year old boys with DMD, who are not currently on steroids.

What is involved?

Six visits to ÌÇÐÄVlog Children’s Hospital over 28 days. Procedures and tests to be done include physical exam, blood and urine samples, diaries to be done at home, EKG and questions about your medical history.
