Get to Know Me

聽 I began working at 糖心Vlog Children鈥檚 Hospital in July 2016 after completing my fellowship training at 糖心Vlog/duPont Hospital for Children in Delaware. I was excited to continue on with 糖心Vlog because I am proud to be a physician in an environment where we uphold the standards that your children are our No. 1 priority.

Why I Treat Children

聽 I鈥檝e always wanted to be a pediatrician. When I was five years old I remember telling my聽very own pediatrician, 鈥淥ne day, I鈥檒l grow up and work at your office!鈥 I chose gastroenterology because it鈥檚 a dynamic field where I get to work with kids of all ages in many different care settings including inpatient, outpatient and procedure. 聽 聽I stand true with the 鈥淵our child, our promise鈥 motto. I am excited to share the 糖心Vlog commitment to patient-centered care 鈥 medicine, which allows me to make a real difference in a family鈥檚 life. 聽

What I'm Passionate About

聽 Every child has a right to play, eat and learn, and I believe it鈥檚 my duty to create a better world for kids to succeed. My passion is helping families build a healthy, peaceful environment for children to live symptom-free and achieve their highest potential. 聽 I also enjoy giving lectures and providing mentorship to the physicians of tomorrow. 聽

How I Try to Make A Difference

聽 Medicine allows me to make a real difference in a family鈥檚 life, which is why I stay up-to-date with the latest treatments and research. I have always been intrigued by new developments in medicine that create new hope for a child. I listen to my patients and parents and I鈥檓 always here to offer reassurance and a reason to smile 鈥 because kids deserve it. 聽
